What experience and skills do their staff members have?

Our team comprises highly qualified Registered Nurses and experienced disability support workers dedicated to providing our clients with the best possible care.

Can the providers guarantee flexibility in the plan?

We are committed to meeting your needs and are happy to be flexible to ensure the plan fits your needs.

Can you provide staffs who speak languages other than English?

We are working with other organisations to find interpreters who can communicate in the dialects used in Aboriginal communities.

How does the provider check for the quality of delivery by staff?

We evaluate the improvement activity and determine whether care is delivered as intended or an alternative improvement is required. We measure the progress through audits and assessments and document the evaluation methods and results.

What experience do you have working with NDIS participants?

We have nursing experience at Alice Springs Hospital and Royal Darwin Hospital, as well as patient transport experience at both hospitals.

How can I get in touch with you?

What kind of training does your nursing staff go through?

Our nursing staff receives training in first aid, emergency management, Basic Cardiac Life support, and the use of AEDs. This ensures that they are prepared to handle any medical emergencies.
